Loved the update the app got, much better than the last one and easier to use. It's pretty stable and fast to select the card to pay on store, haven't tried out recharging money through the app yet. The only thing that I miss is the feature of the app recognizing the music that's playing when you enter the store and telling you the name and artist, would be great to hace that.

slow, unreliable, takes for ever for gift cards to open, it makes it difficult to make an online order

It is actually really good, it makes it easier not to carry the card around and to keep your balance in check. The problem is that sometimes it signs me out for some unknown reason. Also I have tried to add money and it doesn't recognize the payment method and according to the Bank the opperation went through but the money doesn't appear in the Starbucks card.

It's a great app, but I think that you can add more functions like a menu to order and purchase your drink or food in the app before going to the shop and just pick it whenever you want or put a timer o something, that's would be great and faster, doing this, me and other people buy more products because they will have the time just to pick it without waiting in the drive thru or checking what they want. Love Starbucks, make me gold now haha thanks.

App stopped working suddenly a month ago. Displays message "Error, something went wrong" ;every time I attempt to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times, and the problem continues. All my other apps work perfectly fine. Months later and Still no resolution. App crashes all the time, uable to log in, full of bugs. No attempt from Starbucks to fix the problems. So sad 👎🏻
