Now that the restaurants are charging a delivery fee can you make sure to get rid of the "minimum order"? The whole point of minimum order is that it wouldn't be worth it for a restaurant to deliver food to you unless it's at least X TL. It's ridiculous to mandate how much money I have to spend if I'm already paying for the delivery. If I had physically walked into this restaurant they wouldn't say "You must order at least 1000 TL otherwise we won't serve you". So why have it here?

They cancel orders bc there are no drivers to deliver the food and then dont even give a full refund. There was a time where the driver gave food to a wrong person without verifying their identity, the refund was also not full for that incident.

Extremely bad app for non Turkish speakers, they don't have any language options, I was trying to use one of their coupons but since there was a language barrier I didn't understand that for the coupon to work I had to pay with card not cash. and when I taoked to technical support they said they cant help with it. btw I had to use Google Translate through all of it. I just wish they had other languages so I could have understood, but it is what it is I guess

Getting your money one way or another and making profit from it before refund. Terrible company. Not suggesting to any tourist. Call local shops to order.

- In short, their service doesn't protect the customer, instead, it protects the restaurant. - If you bought something with coupon, the restaurant may not send you one of the items that supposed to be included in your order. (And if they accepted the refund they will not send the complete cost of that not sent item). - 👉🏻 Plus, the coupons aren't worthy, and the food contains lots of oil and solid fat pieces. Whatever restaurant you choose, they are all the same. 👈🏻 - And Lots Of Ads. ⚠️
