While the application does have it's issues. I would like to address the issues i have faced in their administration. I put up notice a month prior leaving which was not reflected in their application and when I opened the app to pay the rent, the notice wasn't even initiated. They overcharge for everything and they have taxes upon transaction and gst on taxes. Yep sound weird but it is true Local PGs do have their own issues but at least they are solvable. This, nope.

Would not recommend. I stayed at one of their PGs for 1 month. The construction wasn't entirely complete. They gave me an unswept room. For one whole week I had to chase them to get my room cleaned. There was no functional kitchen. At the time of booking, I was told there would be an exit amount of 1200-1500 but then charged me 1000 more. I raised a ticket but not only did they not resolve it, they are not letting me access the app either which is very strange. They close without resolving.

Absolutely worst place to live they mooch off people and do not even provide a safe stay experience there have been couple of instances where my things were stolen. If that's not all they also do not make you aware of the key pointers of their which was loss of security deposit in case left early.

trhey will charge you way more than whats mentioned, example there is charge for terms and agreement document charges, notice period charges , will charge extra electricity bill than generated , care takers are scamsters.

BIG SCAM DO NOT BOOK ANY ZOLO PG - They will xharge exorbitantly for rent and additional paymentd include exit charges, electricity bill, water bill, agreement cost, token amount, deposit amount - illegally charge gst and does not share the bill - kitchems are not clean, rooms are not clean rats all around

i have every pathetic experience with zolo pele property and customer service also. I have booked the room online and the room they showed me was not matching with online property what they have with the app and online. the price was also very high compared to near local property and service was very low . I will recommend you all please don't use. Also my booking ticket money was not refunded as per their policy.
